Baked feta with olives, tomatoes and aromatic tahini
Sunshine on a plate? Why not! Try this Mediterranean appetizer made with baked feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, aromatic tahini, and authentic Greek olives. INGREDIENTS
- 200 g feta
- 1 cup of your favorites Gaea Olives with Almonds
- 2 tablespoons Gaea Olives
- 1 teaspoon House of Asia White Sesame
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon of sumac
- A few sprigs of thyme
Ingredients for tahini sauce:
- 1 teaspoon Tahini Premium QF Quality Food
- a few spoons Gaea Olives
- juice of ½ lemon
- 1 clove of garlic, pressed through a press
- salt and pepper
A METHOD OF PREPARING
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (convection).
- In an ovenproof dish, arrange the feta cheese, olives, and tomatoes around it. Sprinkle with sumac and drizzle with olive oil. Add a few sprigs of thyme. Bake for about 30-40 minutes.
- Mix all the sauce ingredients thoroughly. For a creamier consistency, you can add more olive oil.
- Drizzle the baked feta with the prepared tahini sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds. It tastes delicious with bread.
