INGREDIENTS
- 200 gr Fresh QF Active Quality Food Protein Ramen Noodles
- 100 gr House of Asia Edamame Beans
- 2 tablespoons Ponzu sauce from Yuzu House of Asia
- 1 spoon House of Asia Red Sriracha Sauce
- 100 g cucumber cut into half-slices
- 50 g carrots cut into sticks
- 100 g shrimp 16/20, peeled and cleaned
- 50 g blanched broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
A METHOD OF PREPARING
- Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the package, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- Pour boiling water over the edamame and drain thoroughly. In a large bowl, combine the ponzu sauce and sriracha sauce, add the hot noodles and edamame, and mix thoroughly.
- Sauté the shrimp in olive oil until pink and lightly browned. Add them to the bowl with the pasta.
- Add the cucumber, carrot, and blanched broccoli florets. Mix thoroughly until the sauce evenly coats all the ingredients.
- Before serving, sprinkle the bowl with finely chopped coriander.
