A lover of colorful, healthy cuisine and simple solutions, she believes that healthy eating doesn't have to be boring, complicated, or tasteless. She values ​​seasonal, local produce. She also encourages experimentation and the preparation of world cuisines, particularly from Asia. She demonstrates how to balance daily dishes with traditional and exotic ingredients in a simple and healthy way.

She believes that small changes can lead to great successes, and that the daily menu should include a variety of products, guided by the 80/20 rule.

"In conscious eating, there is room for all products - only the quantity and frequency of their consumption are important," he says.

A clinical dietitian, educator, and expert in nutrition and healthy lifestyles, she has been professionally involved in the food industry for several years, working as a nutrition education expert at De Care. She is a dietitian for the Quality Food and House of Asia brands. Author of numerous articles and publications, she ensures the quality of products delivered directly to consumers. Additionally, she is pursuing her interests in culinary photography and organic vegetable cultivation.

Aneta has always been passionate about dietetics, both professionally and personally. She has a degree in the field and over 14 years of experience working with patients. She graduated from the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn with a Master of Science in Human Nutrition, and completed a Master's degree in Healthcare Management at Lazarski University in Warsaw. She has gained experience in prestigious clinics in Poland and abroad. She is a member of the Polish Society of Dietetics, the Polish Society of Lifestyle Medicine, the Polish Association of People with Celiac Disease, and the Gluten-Free Diet.

Jarosław Owczarczyk is an ambitious chef with a passion for cooking. He is not only an expert in his field, but a true culinary artist. Ambitious and passionate, he is guided by his own impeccable taste, creating dishes that delight both visually and tastefully. His creativity and ingenuity in the kitchen translate into incredible results that will long be remembered. 100% committed to his work, he constantly strives for perfection.

He graduated from the culinary school on Poznańska Street in Warsaw with distinction. He gained his experience and knowledge under the guidance of distinguished Polish chefs, working in renowned restaurants, hotels, and at events. This gave him valuable experience and skills that he now uses to create unforgettable culinary experiences.

As Sous Chef at the Strefa restaurant in Warsaw, he won the prestigious Poland 100 Best Restaurants 2015 award and two Michelin cutlery awards. He also served as Sous Chef at the Pink Lobster restaurant in Warsaw. He was a finalist in the 2018 Polish Culinary Cup. From 2018 to 2020, he was Sous Chef at the Zoni restaurant in Warsaw. He is also a two-time winner of first place in one of the most prestigious culinary competitions, L'art de la cuisine Martell, in 2018 and 2019.

Our Chef is a recognized authority in the catering industry, serving the role of a juror during prestigious culinary competitions in Poland. His experience and knowledge are valued by organizers and participants, and his assessments and guidance help shape future culinary talent. Through his involvement in these events, he actively contributes to raising standards and promoting excellence in culinary arts.

Currently he is the Head Chef and culinary advisor at De Care Group, where he co-creates the House of Asia, Casa del Sur, and QF Quality Food brands for the retail market. He also leads culinary workshops, sharing his knowledge and experience with cooking enthusiasts. Every year, he actively participates in charity events, where he and the Chefs' Club cook for the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity (WOŚP).

Our Chef, guided by the motto "You are what you eat - so eat well", believes that proper nutrition is key to health and well-being. This belief underpins his approach to cooking, which combines excellent taste with nutritional value.
