Protein Udon Noodles in Peanut Sauce with Turkey
INGREDIENTS
- 200 gr Fresh QF Active Protein Udon Noodles
- 3 tablespoons Long-roasted tahini QF Active
- 3 tablespoons House of Asia Light Soy Sauce
- 50 ml Coconut milk 17-19% House of Asia
- 2 tsp House of Asia Japanese Cuisine Spices
- 200 g ground turkey meat
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped peanuts
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
A METHOD OF PREPARING
- Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the package, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- Heat olive oil in a pan, add ground turkey, and fry until lightly browned. Add Japanese seasoning and mix thoroughly.
- In a bowl, combine tahini, coconut milk, soy sauce, lime juice, and garlic. If the sauce is too thick, add 2 tablespoons of the pasta cooking water.
- Add the cooked pasta to the turkey and pour in the prepared sauce. Stir vigorously for 1–2 minutes, until the sauce thoroughly coats the pasta.
- Remove from the heat and stir again. Serve the pasta sprinkled with chopped peanuts and chives.
Tip: Tahini naturally thickens the sauce, so add the pasta cooking water gradually until you achieve a creamy consistency.
