Asian salad with konjac noodles and shrimp
A light salad with konjac noodles, shrimp, and wakame—ready in 10 minutes. QF Active konjac noodles perfectly absorb the flavor of the yuzu ponzu sauce and make a great base for quick, nutritious meals. Only 300 kcal per serving. Definitely try it!
INGREDIENTS
1 pack QF Quality Food konjac spaghetti
1 spoon House of Asia Wakame Seaweed soaked
1 teaspoon House of Asia White Sesame or furikake
1 teaspoon House of Asia Garlic, Ginger and Chili Pastes
2 tablespoons House of Asia Edamame Beans
2 tablespoons House of Asia yuzu ponzu sauce
7 shrimps 16/20, peeled and chopped
6 cherry tomatoes, sliced
1/4 onion cut into thin half-slices
1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander
1 tablespoon finely chopped mint
1 handful of baby spinach
1 teaspoon of olive oil
A METHOD OF PREPARING
- Prepare the konjac noodles according to the package instructions, drain thoroughly and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan, add the shrimp, and fry briefly until pink and springy. Add the spinach and cook just until slightly wilted, then remove the pan from the heat.
- Add the soaked wakame, edamame, and prepared vegetables and herbs to a bowl. Mix gently. Add the noodles, shrimp and spinach, and paste, and combine all ingredients thoroughly.
- Finally, season everything with ponzu yuzu sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds or furikake.
