Bubble Tea with Blue Spirulina and Blueberries

INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 Tapioca large pearls QF Quality Food packages
- 1 cup plant milk (coconut, almond or classic)
- 1/2 teaspoon blue spirulina powder
- a handful of fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2–3 teaspoons of agave syrup, maple syrup or honey
- ice cubes
To serve: a wide bubble tea straw
A METHOD OF PREPARING
- Cook the tapioca balls according to the package instructions. If you don't have time to soak them for 12 hours, simply cook longer until the grains become translucent. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a separate bowl, combine the milk, blue spirulina, and honey. For a creamier result, you can blend briefly.
- Pour a handful of blueberries into a tall glass, add cooked tapioca and a few ice cubes.
- Pour the prepared milk with blue spirulina and mix gently.
- Serve immediately with a bubble tea straw.
