INGREDIENTS
- 1 can Coconut water with passion fruit juice QF Quality Food
- 1 pack Milifood Passion Fruit Bubble Tea Balls
- 2 passion fruit
- Ice cubes
For decoration:
- Mint
- Physalis
A METHOD OF PREPARING
- Cut the passion fruit in half. Place the pulp from half the fruit in a glass, add ice, and bubble tea balls.
- Fill the glass with chilled coconut water and passion fruit. Top with half a passion fruit, mint leaves, and a physalis.
TIP: A Martini would be great for the alcoholic version of this cocktail.
