Halloween cupcakes

INGREDIENTS
- 250 ml Coconut milk 12-14% House of Asia
- 2 tablespoons QF Quality Food Chia Seeds
- 2 eggs
- 160 g of
- 10 g vanilla sugar
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 40 g of cocoa
- 300 g wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 100 g melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
A METHOD OF PREPARING
- Beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar with a mixer until very fluffy. Add the melted butter. Mix the cocoa with the flour, chia seeds, baking soda, and baking powder (sifted) and combine with the beaten eggs. While stirring constantly, gradually add the milk. Mix until smooth. Finally, add the finely chopped chocolate and mix again.
- Using a spoon, fill the molds with the prepared mixture until they are 3/4 full. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 185°C (convection).
- Decorate the baked cupcakes as desired.
Tip:: You can decorate the top of the cupcakes with whipped coconut cream to create "ghosts".
