AND DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of this Cookie Policy, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
- Administrator – De Care Group limited liability company and partners, a limited joint-stock partnership, with its registered office in Pieńków, at the address: Pieńków 147A, 05-152 Czosnów, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0001175365, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 1180032372, National Business Registry Number (REGON): 01079391000000.
- Website – means each of the websites available at the following addresses: https://www.decare.pl/, www.houseofasia.pl, www.qualityfood.pl, www.casadelsur.pl.
- User – any entity that uses the Website.
- Cookies – means IT data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on devices through which the User uses the Website pages.
- Administrator's Cookies – means Cookies placed by the Administrator, related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator via the Website.
- External Cookies – means Cookies placed by the Administrator's partners via the Website.
- Device – means an electronic device through which the User gains access to the Website.
Capitalized terms not defined in this Cookie Policy have the meanings given to them in the Privacy Policy.
II. TYPES OF COOKIES USED
- Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User's Device. In particular, it is impossible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to enter Users' Devices this way. These files allow us to identify the software used by the User and customize the Service for each User. Cookies typically contain the name of the domain they originate from, the duration of their storage on the Device, and an assigned value.
- The Administrator uses two types of cookies:

III. PURPOSES FOR WHICH COOKIES ARE USED
- The Administrator uses Administrator Cookies for the following purposes:
a) Website configuration:
(i) adapting the content of the Website pages to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of the Website pages;
(ii) recognizing the Website User's device and its location and appropriately displaying the website, tailored to his/her individual needs;

(iv) remembering the history of pages visited on the website in order to recommend content;

b) Authenticating the User on the Website and ensuring the User's session on the Website:
(i) maintaining the Website User’s session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter the login and password on each subpage of the Website;
(ii) correct configuration of selected Website functions, enabling in particular verification of the authenticity of the browser session;
(iii) optimizing and increasing the efficiency of the services provided by the Administrator.
c) Implementation of processes necessary for the full functionality of websites:
(i) adapting the content of the Website's web pages to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of the Website's web pages. In particular, these files allow for the recognition of the basic parameters of the User's Device and the appropriate display of the website, tailored to their individual needs;
(ii) correct operation of the affiliate program, enabling in particular verification of the sources of Users' redirection to the Website's websites.
d) Remembering the user's location by correctly configuring selected Website functions, enabling in particular the adjustment of the information provided to the User, taking into account his or her location.
e) Analysis, research and audience audits – creating anonymous statistics that help understand how Website Users use the Website pages, which allows for the improvement of their structure and content.
f) Ensuring the security and reliability of the website. - The Administrator uses External Cookies for the following purposes:
a) presenting multimedia content on the Website pages that are downloaded from an external website;
b) collecting general and anonymous statistical data via analytical tools, including Google Analytics;
c) presenting advertisements tailored to the User's preferences using online advertising tools, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads;
d) use of functions to facilitate communication via the Website, which are downloaded from an external website;
e) analysis of traffic on the Website and identification of organizations visiting the Website using the D&B Hoovers tool based on data such as IP address, basic technical information about the device and browser, and user activity on the Website.
IV LEGAL BASIS FOR THE USE OF COOKIES
Cookies, to the extent they are related to the processing of personal data, are used: (i) to the extent necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the Website and enable the use of its basic functionalities – pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the GDPR (consent of the data subject) and the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR); (ii) for analytical and marketing purposes – pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the GDPR (consent of the data subject).
V POSSIBILITIES OF DETERMINING THE CONDITIONS FOR STORAGE OR ACCESS TO COOKIES:
- The User may independently and at any time change their Cookie settings, specifying the conditions for their storage and access by Cookie files to the User's Device. The User may change the settings referred to in the preceding sentence using the web browser settings or through the service configuration. - Meta Pixels
Meta Pixel is an analytical tool provided by Meta Platforms that analyzes how Users use the Website, in particular by collecting information about activities undertaken on the Website. This tool enables the creation of statistics and the evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing activities.

TikTok Pixel is an analytical tool provided by TikTok Technology Limited. It is used to analyze how Users use the Website, in particular by collecting information about activities undertaken on the Website. D&B Hoovers is an analytical tool provided by Dun & Bradstreet that, among other things, allows users to identify the organizations from which they visit the Website and analyze their activity. This tool enables this based on the analysis of User IP addresses and other technical data, which are compared with Dun & Bradstreet's databases to assign Website visits to business entities. The collected information is not used to identify specific individuals, but solely to create statistics and analyses regarding company traffic on the Website.
