INGREDIENTS
150 gr QF Quality Food Coconut Whipping Cream chilled
400 ml Coconut milk 16 – 19% Kara
100 ml of coffee, e.g. a double espresso
A few ice cubes
50 g powdered sugar
A METHOD OF PREPARING
- Whip the chilled coconut cream with powdered sugar until fluffy. Transfer to a piping bag and refrigerate.
- Fill tall glasses with ice, pour in some of the brewed coffee, add coconut milk, and top with coffee. Garnish with whipped coconut cream.
