Tahini is an incredibly healthy paste made from ground sesame seeds. Why is it worth eating?

  1. It perfectly supports our bones and muscles thanks to its high calcium content – ​​it has 3,5 times more than cow's milk.
  2. It affects our vitality, good memory and concentration, thanks to the high content of magnesium and B vitamins.
  3. Helpful in the fight against anemia – 100 g of tahini provides as much as 50% of the daily iron requirement.
  4. Protects bones, 100 g of paste contains as much as 43% of the daily dose of calcium.
  5. It protects our heart by providing healthy fats, phytosterols and lowers the level of so-called bad cholesterol.
  6. It is valued for its high content of easily digestible protein. It contains approximately 18g of protein per 100g of tahini paste, with a digestibility of 83%.
