INGREDIENTS
- 80 ml Alphonso mango pulp without added sugar QF Quality Food
- 40 ml House of Asia Lime Juice
- 80 ml of gin
- 40 ml orange juice
- 160 ml of sparkling water
- ice
A METHOD OF PREPARING
- Pour gin, mango pulp, lime and orange juice into a shaker and add ice.
- Shake all ingredients well in a shaker (for about 20 seconds).
- Pour the drink through a strainer into a glass and top with sparkling water. Top with crushed ice and garnish with an orange peel.
