- 4 tablespoons Tahini QF Quality Food
- 2 tablespoons QF Quality Food Chia Seeds
- 2 tablespoons House of Asia Light Sesame
- 2 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons cane sugar
- 5 tablespoons of sunflower oil
- 2 tablespoons of plant milk or regular milk
- 1 cup spelt flour
- 1 cup wheat flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt

A METHOD OF PREPARING
- Preparation of the dough:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a loaf pan with a thin layer of sunflower oil.
- Peel the bananas and place them in a bowl. Add the brown sugar, eggs, tahini paste, sunflower oil, and plant-based milk. Mix until smooth.
- Preparation of dry ingredients:
- In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sesame seeds, and chia seeds. Mix thoroughly.
