Just a few minutes of work and you're done! This coconut-passionfruit chia pudding will delight any sweet tooth with its appearance and flavor. Thank you for the recipe! how I like to eat.
INGREDIENTS
- 6 tablespoons QF Quality Food Chia Seeds
- 400 ml Coconut milk 16-19% KARA
- 150 ml of very warm water
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup or honey (optional)
- Accessories:
- 1 can QF Quality Food passion fruit pulp (for dessert)
- 1/2 can QF Quality Food passion fruit pulp (on top)
- blueberries or other fruit, mint for decoration
A METHOD OF PREPARING
- Pour the chia seeds into a bowl, cover with warm water, and let sit for a few minutes (they will swell faster). After that time, add the coconut milk and, optionally, agave syrup.
- Mix thoroughly, set aside for 10 minutes, then mix again (to prevent lumps) and divide the base in half. Add the passion fruit pulp to one half and mix well. Once you have two mixtures: pure coconut and tropical passion fruit, refrigerate both for about 30 minutes.
- Prepare the jars and arrange the individual layers, starting with the coconut layer, adding the coconut layer with passion fruit and pouring the passion fruit pulp on top.
- Top with fruit and mint leaves. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
