Mangomisu
Whether you're a tiramisu fan or not, this dessert will surely steal your heart. Mangomisu, a dessert inspired by the iconic tiramisu, but without coffee, instead featuring exotic and aromatic mango. Perfect for hot days. We've prepared this dessert with Alphonso QF Quality food mango pulp, because this pulp is made from the sweetest, sun-ripened Alphonso mango variety, guaranteeing a consistently delicious dessert. The cream is made from coconut cream, so it can also be enjoyed by those with milk protein allergies and lactose intolerance.
INGREDIENTS
- 450 ml Alphonso mango pulp without added sugar QF Quality Food
- 400 ml Quality Food Coconut Whipping Cream
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 1 lime or lemon
- about 15 oblong sponge cakes
- 2 handfuls of almond flakes
- 1 fresh mango or other fruit for decoration
- fresh mint leaves for decoration
A METHOD OF PREPARING
- Coconut whipping cream, beat with powdered sugar.
- Toast the almond flakes in a dry pan and set aside to cool.
- Peel the fresh mango and cut it into thin slices, which you will then use to decorate the dessert.
- Prepare 6 small glasses. Place about 1-2 broken ladyfingers in each and drizzle with lime juice. Then add a layer of Alphonso mango pulp and a layer of whipped coconut cream. Repeat, starting with the ladyfingers and ending with the cream layer.
- Garnish each dessert with toasted almond flakes, fresh mango slices and a mint leaf.
